And, according to the National Fire Protection Association, “the only safe way to view fireworks is to attend a professional show.” While both shows are conducted by professionals, it is still important to keep safety in mind while attending the celebrations. The annual spectacle, hosted by the Boom Boom Committee and sponsored by the City of Biloxi and Harrison County Board of Supervisors, will be visible from the beachfront between the Biloxi Lighthouse and the Biloxi Bay Bridge. Then, on Tuesday, July 4, the waterfront will light up with a fireworks display beginning at 9 p.m. ![]() On Monday, July 3, the Biloxi Shuckers host an Independence Day Patriotic Fireworks Extravaganza at MGM Park, 105 Caillavet St., after the Shuckers vs. There will be two big ways to commemorate America’s Independence in Biloxi this year, and while celebrating, the public is asked to keep safety in mind.
